Esta tarjeta Watchdog original es también accesible para el bus del PCI. La hemos diseñado como tarjeta PCI plug&play compatible. La tarjeta dispone de 2 relés conmutadores que permiten una gran área de uso. (activar un módem externo, operación inversa). La tarjeta puede adicionalmente gestionar la placa principal sin interuptor de reajuste. Hemos incluido en el CD-ROM programas pilotos para los sistemas operativos siguientes: Microsoft Windows NT 4.x, Microsoft Windows 95/98, Microsoft Windows 3.1, DOS y Linux.

Hay Para Microsoft Windows NT 4.x, un servicio adicional NT (WDSERV.EXE) que funciona en fondo. The WDSERV es un servicio para máquinas que necesitan 24h de disponibilidad. Los servicios WDSERV NT 4.x y Windows 2000 facilitan los accesos necesarios al watchdog sin intervenir en el funicionamiento. Después del fallo de un sistema, éste será relanzado automaticamente. El programa funciona totalmente en fondo, tal que nadie necesita ser conectado en la máquina.

La tarjeta pci watchdog es asistada por la QLIB (QUANCOM Driver Library), y permite por consiguiente una fácil programación en diversos sistemas operativos. Hemos incluido un piloto de intalación para asistir a los programadores y a fabricantes OEM. Las fuentes y ejecutables para el programa de fondo Linux son incluidas en el CD-Rom.

QCLI (QUANCOM Command Line Interface) The QUANCOM Command Line Iterface (QCLI) was made for all those which don´t have programming experience or knowledge. It is a simple command line tool which makes it able to control our I/O and Watchdog boards with some very simple strings.
